Hi! My name is Rachel.

It’s my goal to create educational activities that reduce math anxiety and encourage students to try.

If you’re looking to increase student engagement and confidence, I want to support you on the journey!

Additionally, I'm a busy mom of 3 kids and I want math class to be efficient so I can leave work on time. I use self-checking activities to save time on grading!

Activities to Engage Students

Here are some of favorite activities to engage students.

Self-Checking Activities

Students get immediate feedback. These engaging activities build students' confidence as they get each answer correct.

Color By Numbers

Coloring is fun and relaxing. Students have an "answer bank" to help them infer that their answers are correct. Additionally, these activities are quick and easy to grade.

Riddles

There are 2 types on riddle worksheets that I use. 1) Secret messages that are easy to grade. 2) Brain teaser type riddles to practice concepts and math vocabulary.

Games

Coloring games, graphing games, dice games... There are so many fun ways to practice math!

Glow Days

Grab black lights, yellow highlighters and worksheets with large font. Watch the highlighter ink glow.
